I agree to the terms and conditions

(1) For Payment Plans, this Agreement will automatically renew each month, unless either party provides written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the next month.

(2) For Pay-in-Full Plans, this Agreement will renew for successive terms of one (1) year each, unless either party provides written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current term. There are no refunds or partial refunds for Pay-in-Full Plans.

(3) Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the beginning of each renewal term. If you need to make changes to your payment method, please provide at least fifteen (15) days notice, prior to scheduled billing, to avoid any late fees.
